If you are aged 60+, are unable to prepare meals for yourself or live in a housing facility where our meals are served, we offer a variety of services to fit your needs!*

Congregate Dining

  • Dining site locations are handicapped accessible

  • Meals are served at lunch time (each dining site varies)

  • Reservations the day before are requested, if possible

  • All meals meet 1/3 RDA (nutritional value)

  • Ethnic and special diet meals are available

  • Eligible customers can donate whatever they can afford for their meal (donations are confidential)

  • Participant assistance with transportation to dining sites can be looked into if no other means is available

  • Assistance is available for those with disabilities

  • Entree choice menus are available at selected locations

  • Salad bars are available at selected locations

  • Free nutrition counseling by our Registered Dietitian is available upon request

  • Exercise and educational programs are available

  • Parties and other social events can be accommodated

  • Assistance programs to access other services are available

  • SNAP (food stamps) is accepted

  • Emergency meals available during winter months and other emergencies

  • Weekend and holiday meals available

Home Delivered Meals

  • Meals are delivered to all areas of Region 4, including rural areas

  • Ethnic and special diet meals are available

  • Eligible customers can donate whatever they can afford for their meal (donations are confidential)

  • Lunch companion service is available upon request (someone eats lunch with you)

  • Telecare service is available upon request (someone calls to check on you to make sure you are OK)

  • Free nutrition counseling by our Registered Dietitian is available upon request

  • We provide meals through the Elderly Waivered/Alternative Care Programs

  • Meals are delivered by a caring person either daily, 2-3 times per week or weekly

  • Starting in 2020, customers most in need can get 2 meals per day, up to 14 per week

  • Reservations the day before are requested, if possible

  • All meals meet 1/3 RDA (nutritional value)

  • SNAP (food stamps) is accepted

  • Emergency meals available during winter months and other emergencies

  • Weekend and holiday meals available

*If you are under the age of 60, we welcome you to join us for a meal at a cost of $8.00
